Terms of Adoption

I agree to keep in touch with Guardians of Goodness for Aniamal Welfare regarding the adopted pet, provide them with updates on the pet's condition (including pictures and video of the pet) upon request but not less then once every tree months

I commit to provide GoG with accurate and up-to-date information about my contact details, as well as place and conditions of living of the adopted pet

I agree to inform GoG about any unusual health conditions of the pet

I commit to take the pet to the certified veterinary doctor for check up, needed treatment and vaccination once a year

I commit to take the pet to the certified veterinary doctor immidiately in case of any health issues

I commit to inform GoG about any significant changes of living conditions of the pet

I commit not to abandon the pet under any circomstances and to coordinate with GoG any possible relocation of the pet

I agree to return the pet to GoG in case if I can't keep it, and not to give it to any third party without written approval from GoG

I commit to provide the pet with a good care, treatment, feeding and living conditions that suit the needs of its specie

I agree to follow the recommendations and instruction of GoG on keeping the adopted pet

I aknowledge that I adopt a rescued pet whos genetic and medical history may be unknown to GoG, and may lead to unpredictable health conditions, and I'm ready to deal with it for the best interest of the pet
